Abolfazl Poorarab, a graduate of acting and directing theater from the Academy of Arts, is an actor. He was born in July 1340 in Shah Abdul Azim neighborhood. During high school, he turned to theater and met Mahmoud Ostad Mohammad. Professor Mohammad introduced him to a show directing group. He started his professional activity in 1359 with the show of the sensitive mission in Chaharsoi Teatarshahr Hall. He entered broadcasting as an employee in 1360 and worked as an assistant director in television until 1364. He has been married three times and has three children named Rana, Puriya and Raika. His ex-wife Anahita Nemati was also an actress. In 1364, Pour Arab acted as an assistant director in the movie “Thief and Author”. Then he played a short role in the movie “Zhubeh”. In 1369, he became famous by playing in the movie Arous, so that he became the first face of the movies of the 70s. He was treated for a benign tumor in 2009.
