Dariush Arjmand was born on August 5, 1323 in Tehran. He has a master’s degree in theater and cinema from the University of Paris and a bachelor’s degree in history and sociology from the University of Mashhad. He was one of Ali Shariati’s students in the undergraduate course. Together with Mehrdad Tedin, he is one of the founders of Mashhad Azad Cinema in the late 1340s. In addition to acting and directing in the Mashhad theater, he also makes 8 mm short films, the most important of which is the film Hayes. The director of the film “He said to come under my rule” written by Ali Mezidzi, his first film experience in the 16th cut. M. Is. He was appointed as the spokesman of Pahlavi and Zorkhane Federation by a decree of Mohammad Reza Taleghani. He is the younger brother of actor Anoushirvan Arjamand, uncle of Barzo Arjamand and Bahar Arjamand, and father of Amir Yel Arjamand (actor and singer). In a ceremony in July 1392, during the last days of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s presidency, he received the First Class Order of Culture and Art from him.
