Muhammad Saleh Ala was born in 1331 in the city of Arak. He received a master’s degree in cinema and television from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London in 1356, as well as a bachelor’s degree in acting and directing from the School of Dramatic Arts in 1359 and a master’s degree in Persian language and literature from the Faculty of Literature of Allameh Tabatabai University in 1374. His artistic career began in 1347 by writing stories and reading stories on the radio and then writing the text of programs and plays. He has started his film career since 1347 by making commercial films and acting in cinema since 1365 with “Blade and Silk” by “Masoud Kimiai”.
