Reza Attaran is an actor, director, screenwriter, editor and singer. He was born in Mashhad in 1347. In high school, he studied economics and got a diploma. Then he went to Tehran University Faculty of Fine Arts to study industrial design, but left the course halfway and entered the field of art. He started acting in Hassan Hamed Theater in the 60s. In 1369, he entered television with the Bedaran series. He became known and became famous by playing in the series “Flight 57” and “Hot Hour”. Sib Khande program was his first directing experience. He married Faridah Faramarezi in 2013. Attaran entered the cinema field in 1376 with the movie Key to Marriage. In 2013, he was named the most profitable actor in Iranian cinema by acting in three films and earning 1.6 billion tomans. He has appeared in blockbuster movies such as Hazarpa, Amber Whale 2: Dream Selection, Confiscation and I am not Salvador. Attaran is also active in charity affairs and owns a photography studio in Tehran. He became the most money-making actor in Iran in 2017.
