Seyed Mehdi Borghei was born in 1349 in Tehran, graduated from the cinema educational complex in the field of directing, graduated from Bagh Ferdous filmmaking training center in the field of film analysis. His activity in the field of filmmaking began in 1970. In his career, he worked in the Ministry of Education as a consultant, teacher, coach and artistic affairs manager during the years 1966-74, as a planner and assistant director in a number of movies and television series in the years 1976-1970. Among his works, we can mention the film “Journey to the East”.
