Shiva Khonyagar was born in 1346 in Tehran. He received a bachelor’s degree in Persian literature in 1363 and also completed a screenwriting course in 1369. He started his artistic activity in 1368 with the movie Passing the Dust. He has appeared in many movies such as Romantic Missings, Runaway Bride, Tonight, Moonlit Night, Pink Marriage and the television series Moon and Leopard, The Sky Is Not Always Cloudy, Taisheh And the gradual death of a dream has played a role.
