Susan Taslimi is an Iranian actor and director of theater and cinema. Some consider her the best actress in the history of Iranian cinema. Taslimi has played his most lasting roles in the films Cherikeh Tara, Merg Yazdgerd, Basho Gharibeh Kokhok, and Maybe When Another, all by Bahram Beizaei. Taslimi lives in Sweden and works as a theater and cinema director and actor. In 2002, he received the award of distinguished cultural figure of Sweden. She is considered to be one of the best female actresses in the history of Iranian cinema and the first woman with an acting style in Iran. A book entitled Astore Mehr about his life and works has been published due to the efforts of Bei Ta Malkouti.
